Parque Temático
The Madeira Theme Park is located in the town of Santana, and unique in Portugal, is a fantastic venue for exhibitions devoted to the history, science and tradition of the Archipelago of Madeira.
The enclosure, with an area of 145 square meters and is a place of visit required.
The park's main attractions is its four multimedia pavilions:
"Discovery of the Islands",
"Future of the Earth"
A "Fantastic Voyage in Madeira"
"A World of Islands, Islands in the World"
A replica of the Monte train, traditional oxcarts and networks, the typical house of Santana, the windmill, a maze and a lake are some of the park's other attractions.
The gardens, with endemic flora of Madeira and walking through, is another asset to this scientific and cultural attraction.
